Good to know before you place your export orders

Minimum Order Export / Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum order for export orders, but it is unlikely that orders of value items are cost effective, therefore please note, that we have a minimum order value of 3 euro before carriage and VAT. Orders below this threshold will incur euro 1+VAT small order charges.

Payments

Payments are in euro € and we accept all mayor credit or debit cards and also payment by Direct Bank Transfer or PayPal.

VAT

All prices quoted throughout this site are excluding VAT.

EEC customers who, at the time of ordering, provide a valid VAT / EEC Trade Number will not be liable to pay Slovak VAT currently at 20%.

If a VAT / EEC Trade Number is not provided then Slovak VAT is charged. You will notice if ordering online a box for inputting your tax id number. Please note you may have to pay your countries Customs duty on receipt of the goods.

We aim for 1-2 working days for despatch of your orders (please note at the busiest time (Oct-Dec) orders may take 3 working days,

For orders placed after 12:00pm, the working day commences at 8am the next day.  

Update : From 25th oct. 2021 orders are collected by couriers between 13:00pm – 13:30pm.

PRIORITY DISPATCH

Courier Express Service – Same day dispatch of your order if placed before 12am ( Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays). Priority dispatch must be activated in customers order section when placing order ( before 12am ). Priority dispatch orders placed past 10am will be preferably  processed the next working day.

BFPO/PO BOX ADDRESSES

We cannot ship to a PO Box address via courier within the UK

Please contact us before placing an order to a BFPO address that is a courier delivery as prices will vary.

PACKAGING

Bathroom products such as soaps and bath bombs come with the ingredients list.

Courier Companies:

DPD, SPS (Slovakia only), DHL(remote destinations, islands, non EU(EEA) countries) and Posta bez Hranic.

UK DELIVERIES

Please find our shipping prices below. All weights are shown on the product pages on the website.

Shipping depends on the total weight.

• – Larger items(over 1kg) will be shipped via courier APC at the standard courier shipping rate.  Some fragile mosaic items and silver jewellery of higher value will be shipped via  courier.
•  – Small parcels are sent with whistl on a partially tracked service on a 3-5 working day delivery service.
• – Shipping times given are after despatch of the order, not the day of placing.
• – Small parcel are the following size – Max L 45cm. x W 35cm. x D 16cm, if the package exceeds this then the shopping cart will charge for courier delivery (£4.99)
• – We also have a Courier Express Service  which is for same day dispatch of your order if placed before 1pm ( Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays) for a additional  £3.00

We will be closed from Friday the 23rd December 2022 and we will reopen on Tuesday the 3rd January 2023.
